Responsibilities
Provide management, direction, administration, QA, and leadership
Responsible for quality and efficiency, to include both technical issues and business processes
Organizational authority to execute the requirements
Oversee assignment of tasks to personnel, provide high-level supervision of ongoing technical efforts, and manage overall performance to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources
Authority to commit the company and make decisions for the company in response to Government issues, concerns, and problems
Readily available to respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues
Qualification
Required
Ability to pass Federal background investigation
A minimum of ten years of project management experience managing complex projects
Preferred
A Master's degree in Business Management, Project/Program Management, or a related field
Experience with managing projects in support of the United States Department of State highly desired
An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification
