FRSTeam, Inc. is seeking a Content Restoration Technician to join their growing team. This customer-facing role involves driving to job sites, collecting and delivering items, and ensuring professionalism throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites to collect textiles, electronics, and other personal contents

Perform on-site inventory, documentation, and labeling using company systems

Obtain necessary signatures and complete required paperwork with customers

Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, contractors, and insurance representatives

Safely load, transport, and unload items at the warehouse

Assist with cleaning, processing, and storage of contents

Deliver restored items back to customers with care and accuracy

Maintain organized job notes, photos, and updates in the company system

Follow company safety policies and quality standards

Qualification

Required

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Must pass background check and drug screening

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work safely
