Repair Analyst - Asset Management

The role involves optimizing inventory investment and collaborating with various teams to manage supply risks and inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities

Convert MRP demand signals into purchase orders, schedule agreements and work orders
Analyze lead times, safety stock and lot sizing to optimize inventory investment
Monitor supplier OTD and expedite or reschedule as needed to meet production changes
Collaborate with Engineering and Quality on part revisions and obsolescence management
Review inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with Warehouse
Provide data and recommendations to management on supply risks and mitigation plans

Aerospace experienceERP/MRP proficiencyBill of Materials (BOM)Excel analyticsSupplier relationship skillsDemand planningProcurement processesCommunication skills

Required

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years' experience working in the Aerospace/aviation sector
Excellent communication and supplier‑relationship skills

Preferred

Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field
Proficient in ERP/MRP planning modules and Excel analytics preferred
Strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures, demand planning and procurement processes
4+ years in planning and purchasing preferred
