Responsibilities
Design, prioritize, and execute experiments to improve conversion and retention
Lead a team of engineers and an analyst to ship growth features quickly and thoughtfully
Partner with the Head of Marketing on end-to-end funnel strategy, connecting acquisition to product experience
Collaborate with the Chief Economist and VP of Engineering to shape analytics infrastructure, event tracking, and attribution
Identify and size new growth opportunities, balancing speed with rigor
Translate experiment results into actionable insights for product and company strategy
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of product management or growth experience, ideally in a fast-paced consumer or e-commerce setting
Strong analytical foundation and comfort working with data to define metrics and evaluate performance
Technical enough to manage engineers and scope growth-related features
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and iteration at pace
Clear communicator who can align stakeholders around data and narrative
Startup-ready mindset: resourceful, experimental, and energized by ambiguity
Preferred
Quantitative or technical academic background preferred (economics, engineering, applied math, CS, etc.)
