Project management as technical expert

Create and execute improvement plans for poor performing facilities

Maintain support for building automation systems

Operate building automation software

Train facility and corporate staff in building system operation

Work with engineering firms and mechanical contractors to solve issues

Answer phone calls and support facility staff in operational efforts

Coach facility staff in building operation

Monitor reporting dashboards and find deficiencies
