Residential Plan and Project Coordinator

Racker is dedicated to supporting people with disabilities and their families, and they are seeking a Residential Plan and Project Coordinator to enhance their Residential Program. This role involves developing Staff Action Plans, coordinating projects, and mentoring staff to ensure program excellence and compliance.

Responsibilities

Participate in the creation, implementation, and distribution of Staff Action Plans within the mandatory timeframes for the residential program
Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of program and organizational projects, ensuring they meet quality and compliance standards
Use technology effectively for documentation, communication, data tracking, and program development tasks
Work independently and collaboratively with staff, supervisors, and other stakeholders to support program goals and outcomes
Understand and use perspectives and techniques of other team members in program design and daily activities
Utilize problem-solving techniques to resolve differences and come to conclusion with team member
Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to support staff development and program success
Maintain records as required
Prepare reports as required by program standards
Use of smartphone for documentation purposes required. Ownership/usage of personal smartphone is strongly preferred

Required

Must hold a Bachelor's degree in a human services field
Minimum of three years of professional experience working directly with individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD)
Must have a valid New York State Driver's license, and ability to meet approved Driver criteria
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask a high volume work
Interest in and knowledge of developmental disabilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems
Ability to lift/assist in the transfer of others, with the ability to lift/transfer a minimum of 50 pounds
Ability to operate standard office equipment
Use of smartphone for documentation purposes required

Preferred

Ownership/usage of personal smartphone is strongly preferred
