Inventory Field Supervisor, Travel Team

Responsibilities
Proficient with the RGIS handheld computer and other inventory equipment
Meeting deadlines provided by our customers
Supervise the inventory event, provide guidance to inventory associates, ensure proper procedures are performed, provide excellent customer service, and conduct inventory startup and closeout procedures
Achieve established productivity goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked
Ability to work assigned shifts and adhere to a flexible schedule with varying hours to include working an extreme schedule, resulting in long hours on occasion
Ability to work in various work environments, such as stores, warehouses, outside industries, etc., with potential exposure to cold and heat
Ability to relate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and delivers excellent output
Qualification
Required
Successful Candidates must start as an Inventory Associate to understand RGIS inventory processes
Must be able to successfully complete the Hourly Career Path Training Program
A leader, with a high-level of professionalism
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all duties
Must be able to pass the criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
Access to reliable transportation
Prolonged standing with occasional walking *(frequent)*
Repetitive motions requiring use of both wrists and hands as well as fingers *(frequent)*
Able to work for extended periods of time *(frequent)*
Frequent walking, standing, reaching, stretching, squatting, and kneeling *(frequent)*
Use of ladders and step stools. *(frequent)*
Balancing when counting stock from ladder *(frequent)*
Conveying detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately and quickly *(frequent)*
Able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds *(occasional)*
Ability to work in various customer locations with various work conditions
Able to travel by car *(frequently)* and by plane (*occasional)*
Able to travel including overnight stays *(frequent; 90% travel)*
Preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous supervisory experience a plus
Prior teamwork experience in a customer service setting preferred. Inventory experience a plus
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure with whole numbers, common fractions and decimals using a calculator or similar device
