New Grad, Entry LevelThe Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a Technician II to join their General Services & Pools team. The successful candidate will perform various general maintenance activities related to commercial pools and assist with plumbing and electrical work as needed.
Travel
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on pool equipment, including pump motors, pool heaters, and chemical equipment
Perform pressure cleaning, loading and unloading materials, equipment, and furniture
Assist with plumbing and electrical work as needed
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding work orders and project status
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Must possess a valid driver's license and meet qualifications to operate company vehicles
Must have experience with commercial pools
Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair pool heaters and pump motors
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor environments
