Leader should demonstrate effective safety leadership for the health and safety arrangements of all subordinates and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premises
Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford’s Management System
Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from strategy and roadmap development through design, build, launch, and sustainment
Oversee the integration of edge technologies (RTUs, SCADA, ALS automation, power management) with cloud-native platforms to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
Ensure operational excellence in production optimization workflows, driving measurable improvements in uptime, efficiency, and energy use
Drive deployment of Asset Performance Management (APM) and Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) solutions to enhance asset integrity, reliability, and lifecycle management
Leverage Vision AI technologies to strengthen safety, security, and operational assurance, enabling proactive monitoring and risk mitigation
Collaborate closely with engineering, commercial, and service delivery teams to align product capabilities with customer and market needs
Define and monitor key product performance indicators, ensuring continuous improvement in adoption, value creation, and financial results
Maintain compliance with Weatherford’s governance, cybersecurity, and HSE standards across all digital operations
Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external
Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate expectations, roles and responsibilities to their reports
Actively engage with customers, partners, and industry forums to articulate Weatherford’s digital vision, product strategy, and value proposition
Ensure transparent and timely communication across global teams to align priorities, share best practices, and accelerate execution
All employees have an accountability to the organisation to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses
Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure
Manage the budget for product development, sustaining, and lifecycle support, acting as an internal customer and ensuring efficient use of resources
Partner with engineering, operations, and finance teams to prioritize investments that deliver maximum value and align with strategic roadmaps
Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and forecasting of development expenditures in compliance with corporate financial standards

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
15+ years of progressive experience in product management, digital transformation, or technology leadership roles
Proven track record of delivering digital platforms, SaaS products, or cloud-native solutions at scale
Strong background in energy, industrial automation, or adjacent technology sectors with demonstrated business impact
Deep expertise in digital product management, including SaaS, cloud-native architectures, and edge/IoT solutions
Strong knowledge of industrial automation technologies such as RTUs, SCADA platforms, artificial lift systems (ALS) automation, power management, and production optimization workflows
Proven ability to define and execute product strategies that integrate edge computing with cloud and data-driven workflows
Knowledge of Asset Integrity Management and deployment of Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) solutions to improve reliability and lifecycle performance
Familiarity with Vision AI applications for enhancing safety, security, and operational assurance
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate customer needs into scalable product strategies and revenue growth
Demonstrated leadership in driving cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive decision-making
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; adept at using data to drive insights, prioritization, and product decisions
High adaptability to emerging technologies such as AI/ML, advanced analytics, and digital twin modeling
Hands-on knowledge of cloud and ecosystem platforms, including AWS, GCP, and Accure, with proven ability to leverage them in product development and scaling
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology Management, or related field
Experience leading global product portfolios, with exposure to cloud, edge, AI/ML, and data-driven solutions
Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and drive customer-focused innovation across geographies
