They are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Platform UI team, responsible for creating and maintaining foundational software infrastructure and core frontend architecture for their products.

Responsibilities
Architect and deliver large-scale UI solutions using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, balancing rapid development with high-quality code
Write effective unit and end-to-end tests to ensure robust, maintainable software
Build and maintain a UI component library to streamline development and promote a consistent user experience
Implement accessibility best practices, using tools to identify and resolve issues for an inclusive experience
Prototype and ship complex front-end projects with speed and accuracy
Lead cross-team projects, keeping stakeholders updated and driving alignment through clear, timely communication
(Nice to have) Experience designing and building backend APIs
This position will require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in modern frontend development (React, TypeScript, performance optimization, accessibility)
Pragmatic approach to trade-offs, with a focus on impact and simplicity
Collaborative mindset; comfortable mentoring and unblocking teammates
