Responsibilities
Administer and support Windows Server environments, including installation, patching, and troubleshooting
Manage and maintain VMware infrastructure (ESXi, vCenter) ensuring stability and performance
Perform routine system backups and restores using Commvault (or comparable enterprise backup tools)
Support and manage Active Directory, and Group Policy
Monitor system health, performance, and capacity planning across server infrastructure
Collaborate with Infrastructure and Operations teams to ensure best practices are followed
Participate in incident response, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration
3+ years of experience managing VMware environments
Strong understanding of Active Directory and related core infrastructure services
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex server or virtualization issues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience with Commvault or similar enterprise backup solutions, preferred
Experience working in a large enterprise or multi-site environment is a plus
