The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee the laboratory staff and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

The candidate must be a diplomate of the American Board of Pathology (AP/CP or CP only), and BE/BC in Transfusion Medicine
The candidate is expected to have a solid understanding of all regulatory requirements
She/he is expected to have excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
The calls will be shared with the Jefferson Enterprise Transfusion Pathologists

Required
