The Strategic Partnerships lead will focus on securing strategic deals in the Apparel, Beauty, and Footwear industries while collaborating with various teams to refine product strategy and expand market value.

Responsibilities
Win new business: Build and manage your own pipeline to drive revenue within a book of strategic retail accounts in the apparel, beauty & cosmetics, and footwear industries
Manage complex, cross-functional sales cycles by building multi-threaded relationships within an organization from C-suite executives to ICs
GTM strategy: Spearhead expansion by identifying new use cases, stakeholders, and product messaging that improves results in the market
Refine the sales methodology by incorporating learnings into best practices, identify messaging and strategy improvements that optimize sales productivity and consistency
Product strategy: Develop a deep understanding of how Extend’s product platform works, future product roadmap, and product expansion opportunities
Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering customer feedback and conveying market needs. Provide insights that strengthen our value proposition and enhance customer experience
Qualification
Required
5+ years of enterprise sales or consulting experience, with a proven track record of managing relationships with complex, strategic accounts
2+ years of opening new markets or taking new products to market
Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to engage C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
Consultative sales approach with focus on understanding key business challenges and crafting tailored solutions that meet customer needs
Exposure to eCommerce, retail, shipping/logistics, payments, or adjacent industries
Exceptional cross-functional management skills to work with internal product, strategy and operational teams to achieve results
Strong understanding and passion for emerging technologies and AI
Available to travel on-site to customers and for tradeshows/events throughout the year
