Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of the global talent strategy, aligning initiatives with enterprise business goals
Build scalable global programs across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Career Growth
Drive a global recruiting strategy to ensure quality, speed, and diversity of hires
Oversee workforce planning to align long-term talent supply with organizational growth
Implement employer branding strategies that strengthen Shift4’s position as an employer of choice worldwide
Develop and scale global learning programs, including leadership development and succession planning
Establish career pathing frameworks that provide employees with visibility into growth opportunities
Ensure programs are measurable and aligned with business needs
Oversee the performance management framework to drive accountability, transparency, and results
Lead organization-wide goal setting, feedback, and performance assessments
Champion a culture of growth, high performance, and employee engagement
Define and track KPIs across talent programs to measure effectiveness and inform continuous improvement
Leverage data analytics to optimize decision-making and resource allocation
Partner with HRBPs and senior leadership to ensure alignment between talent initiatives and business outcomes

Required

15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with expertise across talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management
Demonstrated success leading global teams across multiple geographies and time zones
Proven ability to design and scale enterprise-wide talent programs in high-growth environments
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience implementing HR technology platforms (Workday preferred)
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

Experience with M&A integration, start-up scaling, and organizational transformation strongly preferred
Advanced degree preferred
