Inspect, service and repair all equipment and systems serviced by the Maintenance department including, but not limited to, those listed in Attachment A

Qualification

Journeyman's licenseCommercial trade experienceHealthcare environment experienceTechnical educational training

Required

High school education or equivalent

A journeyman's license that includes a minimum of four to six years of commercial related trade work experience, or six to eight years of commercial related trade work experience without a journeyman's license

Preference of three or more years of that experience in a healthcare environment

A valid Florida drivers license

Preferred

Training associated with Masters' or Journeyman(s) license

Two or more years of specialized education

Technical educational training may substitute for up to two years work related experience
