Responsibilities

Facilitate screenings end-to-end: including questionnaire and discussion guide design, logistical coordination, fielding, and reporting
Partner across functions: collaborate with screening operations, post-production, and CI researchers to ensure screenings deliver on their strategic goals
Continuously improve screening craft: contribute to the evolution of our tooling, templates, and methodology
Analyze and synthesize audience feedback across titles: blend qualitative and quantitative signals into clear narratives and actionable implications
Support other research moments: contribute to additional phases of research throughout the title lifecycle

Required

You have hands-on experience conducting content research and screenings
You are proficient in designing research instruments (e.g., questionnaires, discussion guides) and have a strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods
You are an excellent analyst, able to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
You are a clear and effective communicator, both in writing and verbally, and can tailor your message for different audiences
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
You are comfortable working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with stakeholders across different teams
You are proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
You are passionate about entertainment and excited to help shape the stories that reach millions of viewers worldwide
