Responsibilities
Utilizing Civil 3D Software : Creating construction plans, alignments, profiles, and grading features to produce engineered designs
Collaborating with Project Teams: Working alongside civil engineers, project leaders, and other team members to develop and refine engineering designs
Design and Planning: Designing site layouts, stormwater management systems, grading plans, and infrastructure for both private and public-sector clients
Project Coordination: Leading project meetings with internal staff, clients, and agencies to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and regulatory requirements
Ensuring Compliance: Following client and internal design standards and procedures to deliver high-quality, accurate designs
Problem Solving and Innovation: Applying creative and innovative solutions to meet the engineering needs of each project
Career Growth: Developing expertise in the site/civil design field while contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth and success in the market
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
2+ years of related experience
Engineering Intern (EI) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) license required
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
