Responsibilities

Work with the Controllership and Real Estate teams to stream-line the inventory management process

Guide the EAM business partners on various activities related to the RE inventory management such as processing of goods receipts & goods issued transactions in SAP and month-end reconciliation of inventory balances between SAP and inventory sub ledger systems

Participate in technical design & automation initiatives, reviewing SOX controls and compliance, and ensure further development of incoming business processes

Work with business stakeholders, such as segment operations and controllership, finance and accounting teams, tax and other supporting departments like Supply Chain, Finance Technology and Health & Wellness

Identify and convey the risks/ issues to the leadership and help drive mitigate those risks/ issues
