Rana Analytics is seeking a Solutions Delivery Manager to lead project teams in developing efficient, high-quality OneStream solutions for clients. The role involves mentoring team members, advising clients on best practices, and overseeing the implementation life cycle of projects.

Responsibilities

Lead a Rana Analytics project team to develop efficient, high-quality OneStream solutions on behalf of our clients

Own every step of the implementation life cycle for our projects

Mentor and train consultants on your team to be the finance leaders of tomorrow

Collaborate with other Rana team members to make our processes more efficient and scalable

Advise clients on OneStream and finance best practices

Engage with our clients and serve as the face of Rana Analytics on implementations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (IT degree with Finance/Accounting experience will also be considered) or similar field

Proven ability to lead a team of up to six people

Proven ability to define and document processes

Proven ability to lead organizational change

CPA, CFA, CTP or similar financial certification

OneStream Architect certification

Previous OneStream or other CPM experience

Big data and time series analysis experience

GitHub repo or code portfolio

Experience with a corporate system implementation project

Significant expertise in any two of the following areas: FP&A, budgeting and forecasting; Financial Reporting and Consolidated close processes; US GAAP or IFRS accounting standards; Treasury and Investor Relations; Database administration and development; CPM/EPM Technology implementation (e.g. Hyperion, OneStream, etc.)
