Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of experience in employee benefits insurance production
Proven ability to prospect, close, and retain small, mid-market or large group clients
100% hunter
Self-sourced a minimum of 50% of total book of business
Strong knowledge of benefits strategy, compliance, and carrier relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to build and scale
Extensive market network
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently in a startup-minded, high-performance environment
Preferred
Self-funded and captive experience is a plus
