Developer Support Engineer

Responsibilities
Assist developers in integrating Massive’s APIs and SDKs, offering guidance and troubleshooting support
Diagnose and address technical issues related to development, deployment, and functionality
Help maintain documentation and knowledge bases to facilitate self-service support
Proactively identify and address potential issues to minimize disruptions for developers
Provide feedback to enhance development tools and resources
Collaborate with engineering teams to address recurring issues and implement effective solutions
Communicate technical concepts clearly, especially to non-technical individuals
Take ownership of projects and tasks, demonstrating initiative and accountability
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in developer support, software development, or a related field
Familiarity with REST APIs and client-side implementations
Proficiency in programming languages used for building and consuming REST APIs (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js)
Understanding of HTTP methods, request/response structures, and authentication mechanisms
Experience with debugging tools for troubleshooting API issues
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on exceeding developer expectations
Experience engaging with developer communities and APIs
Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
