Responsibilities
Lead and supervise restoration technicians on water, fire, and cleanup projects
Ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction
Communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and managers
Document jobs thoroughly for insurance and client records
Manage jobsite safety, equipment, and supplies
Coach and train new team members
Perform vehicle and equipment maintenance as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED
Valid driver's license and clean record
1+ year of experience in restoration, construction, or related field
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 with help), work in tight spaces, and use ladders
Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred
IICRC certification (a plus, not required — we'll help you earn it!)
