Responsibilities

Serve as the market leader and project manager and/or lead engineer for structural design projects for IDOT, Tollway, and municipal clients

Lead structural design and plan development for any typical highway structure

Mentor structural design and bridge inspection staff

Participate in business development opportunities including writing technical proposals and proactive marketing of future opportunities

Collaborate with our Transportation Structures Division to manage resources for projects within the Midwest
