Accounting / HR Coordinator

Responsibilities

Proactively addressing customer complaints and resolving billing issues in a timely manner, while maintaining open lines of communication with the guest through both phone and email. Experience with OnQ is preferred
Ensuring the accuracy of reports, figures, and postings
Identifying and addressing any discrepancies found in the records through careful reconciliation and reporting
Facilitating the receipt and documentation of vouchers, cash, and checks
Contributing to month-end closing processes, which include preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices

Qualification

Required

Experience with OnQ is preferred
