Responsibilities
Write, edit, and refine long-form and short-form copy across newsletters, website articles, courses, and community communications
Translate complex business, investing, and freedom-focused ideas into compelling, accessible storytelling
Maintain and evolve the brand’s distinct voice: smart, contrarian, bold, and conversational
Research, analyse, and synthesise topics around wealth creation, entrepreneurship, economics, and mindset
Collaborate with the creative, community, and marketing teams to align written content with larger campaigns and launches
Contribute to ideation and scripting for podcasts, YouTube, and live events
Track performance metrics to understand what content resonates most with the audience
Qualification
Required
Degree or MBA
5–10+ years' experience in journalism, editorial, or creative writing within media, business, investing, or entrepreneurial education
Demonstrate spotlight achievements, such as writing for or leading editorial content at a major business, finance, or entrepreneurial brand
Building newsletter audiences (50K–1M+) through consistently high-performing storytelling
Creating written content that inspired measurable action — subscriptions, engagement, purchases, or event attendance
Skilled in crafting a distinct, emotionally resonant brand voice
Understand how to connect creative expression to audience growth and commercial outcomes
Thrive in a fast-moving, founder-led, mission-driven environment that rewards clarity, courage, and results
Based in Austin, TX or committed to relocating for in-person collaboration
