Responsibilities
Partner with sales agents to guide clients on their journey to finding the perfect home
Valid real estate license (or ability to obtain one) is required
Provide detailed written feedback to sharpen and refine clients’ home search
Write and negotiate offers alongside the sales agent and their clients
Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to purposeful lead generation
Be an active part of team events, masterminds, and training opportunities
Commit to weekly coaching, training sessions, and All Partner Calls
Leverage PLACE Technology to track tasks and stay accountable
Qualification
Required
Valid real estate license (or ability to obtain one) is required
High school diploma required
