Responsibilities
Lead the execution of specific working groups within the Test Strategy Pivot
Support the replanning efforts focusing primarily on test execution within the System Test IPT
Support a diverse Test Engineering team responsible for the program realignment
Demonstrate sound metrics management and effectively communicate to the Test Strategy Pivot program leadership
Qualification
Required
8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree; 6 years with a Masters
Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
4 years experience working in Integration and Test Environments
2 years experience leading a team
1 year of experience with test engineering principles and processes, specifically Integrated Test Planning and Detailed Test Planning
1 year of experience with Cost Account Manager (CAM) or managing EV for an engineering team. A CAM Certification may be used in lieu of experience
Preferred
US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification
Master's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or related discipline
Demonstrated experience with system integration and test principles and processes
Understanding of Northrop Grumman test processes and tools
Prior experience test planning for a missile program
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
