Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Fabric to streamline business processes
Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, user-friendly tools
Support upskilling initiatives by mentoring and training business users on Power Platform capabilities
Work closely with IT, data teams, and business stakeholders to design system architecture that supports enterprise data and automation needs
Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Lead cross-functional projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Manage timelines, resources, and risks effectively
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
Foster collaboration between finance, IT, and business units
May assume other duties as applied
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate, Power Apps, and Fabric
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and cloud data platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management capabilities
7+ years of experience in data architecture, automation, or enterprise systems
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Experience supporting Finance Transformation initiatives through technology enablement
Familiarity with financial systems, planning tools, and performance management frameworks
Knowledge of JEDOX
Professional Certifications preferred (Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional)
