The successful candidate will lead or support a variety of environmental engineering projects, manage client relationships, and oversee project execution.

Responsibilities
Providing technical solutions for environmental or civil engineering projects
Performing calculations using industry-standard tools and software
Directing and reviewing work products prepared by junior engineering staff, which may include Preliminary Engineering Reports, Options Evaluations, Design Drawings, Calculations, Specifications, Work Plans, Construction Reports, and Cost Estimates
Design programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, etc
Design of environmental systems and facilities
Lead or support of environmental or civil projects or tasks which may include earthwork/grading, stormwater, wastewater, remediation, waste management, and restoration
Preparing reports, studies, and cost estimates to help clients evaluate options and provide solutions
Project management duties such as developing and executing project scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and client expectations
Lead oversight of construction and preparation of construction quality assurance (CQA) reports
Internal and External Oral Presentations
Training / mentoring staff
Developing new and maintaining existing client and regulatory relationships
Other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related engineering program from an accredited university
PE license
7 years of environmental or civil engineering experience
Available for travel as necessary (approximately 10% travel)
Strong knowledge in standard environmental engineering techniques and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience overseeing construction and strong understanding of construction methods and procedures
Project management or assistant project management experience
