They are seeking an exceptionally organized Executive Assistant to support a VP, responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating team activities, and driving key initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities and calendars
Management of complex calendars and scheduling requirements
Acting as a liaison for direct reports
Driving key team activities (such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, supply ordering)
Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on items
Travel coordination for the VP
Participating in planning of events
Having fun at work and helping others do the same
This position will work with other assistants throughout the Database Services and across the rest of the company

Required

7+ years of senior level leadership support, or 5+ years of Amazon experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

Preferred

Experience working with large global teams
Experience leading process improvements
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
Experience with work space planning/management
