Responsibilities

Greeting clients and listeners at the front desk and by phone; hosting studio visitors until their airtime, directing inquiries to or taking messages for sales, programming, and management staff

Working as an assistant for Telephone Time (9A-12N). Screening and transferring calls from listeners, coordination of Live Sponsor schedules and calls, live and recorded copy, updating and receiving mailbag/event listings, garage sale lists, and updating X feeds during show

Monitoring general email for stations and sending as necessary to the correct department

Scanning, copying, and printing documents as requested by management, sales and programming staff

Coordinating with staff for website/social media listings, postings and direct messages

General office duties: organizing daily mail, scanning, copying, and printing documents, inventory and ordering of office supplies, keeping general and digital files, and others as needed

Learning company’s accounts receivable procedures and helping when necessary

Voiceovers when needed for the production department
