National Chain Analyst

Responsibilities

Sales & POS analysis as well as other business analyses required to secure current and future customer commitments
Completion & review of customer quoting process including item set up for the customers private label programs internally as well as on customer portals. This includes a thorough understanding of customer requirements and ensuring the delivered product meets/exceeds customer expectations
Proof customer specs to ensure accuracy prior to releasing for production
Assist the Sales Managers in building the customer confidence. This includes providing timely and accurate information, to the customer on current and future programs, assisting in the customer meetings, conference calls and communication back and forth with the customer
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop the right marketing plan, program proposals and sales histories to meet the financial goals for revenue and sale margin
Manage the order processing cycle and fulfillment of the customer orders through collaboration with our production and distribution facilities
Make independent decisions related to production and distribution of their customers product and assist in resolving issues
Special projects to analyze and document current processes, research alternatives, investigate possible improvements and implement the best complete process improvement to improve the business

Required

1+ years of experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Operations or other business-related field
Strong Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, follow up and attention to details is extremely important
Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment to meet customer due dates

Preferred

Experience with sales/POS Analysis a plus
Oracle Order Management knowledge a plus – training provided
