Responsibilities
Define the vision and strategy for platforms that powers Coinbase's financial functions
Collaborate with finance function users to deliver solutions for Accounting, Tax, Financial Reporting, Treasury, and FP&A capabilities
Build robust, scalable solutions that maintain a high-quality standard for financial data
Prioritize the roadmap based on customer value and leverage metrics to guide product development
Conduct competitive and data analyses to guide decision-making and become an expert in financial and crypto products
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch
Qualification
Required
7+ years of product management experience
Computer Science degree or Software Engineering experience
Knowledge in financial products, including financial record keeping and Accounting pipelines
Experience building robust, scalable solutions for fund movements, customer balances, and/or portfolio performance
Demonstrated success leading business-critical systems in a fast-paced environment
Ability to motivate a range of senior stakeholders including CFO, Accounting, Product & Engineering towards a common vision
Preferred
Knowledge of accounting terminology and financial applications (ERP systems, accounting platforms, budgeting tools, etc.)
