Responsibilities

Perform technical planning, develop and decompose system requirements, verify requirements, and support technical reviews of engineering documentation
Facilitate stakeholder and peer reviews of the technical content for the Launch Support System (LSS)
Developing and releasing requirements in DOORS
Creating MBSE models in Cameo
Coordinating with design, test, and other teams
Demonstrate technical skills, strong organizational abilities, effective communication, and problem-solving skills
Maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Exhibit a commitment to ethics and integrity, as well as a capacity for innovation
Operate effectively in a team environment and collaborate across the program to accomplish assigned tasks

Required

Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of experience with Bachelor's degree, 3 years of experience with Master's degree, 1 year with a PhD
3+ years of experience with Systems Engineering principles
3+ years of experience with Requirements Development
Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need​
1+ years of experience with MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) principles
Experience using Agile workflow tools, such as JIRA and Confluence

Preferred

A general understanding of Engineering Board Processes
Experience leading projects or assignments
Experience using Cameo or similar engineering modeling tools
Experience using DOORS or similar requirements management tools
