Responsibilities
Work directly with project manager and developers
Perform browser and mobile testing of dynamic, data-driven email campaigns
Validating that copy, images and overall presentation follow spec
Validate conditional logic
Document defects in clear, actionable terms
Collaborate with the team to refine overall QA processes, tools and documentation
Qualification
Required
A diligent self-starter
You have a keen ability to notice visual inconsistencies
You don't just tick boxes: You constantly ask 'What else could be broken'
You've worked with HTML/CSS (webpages and/or email) before
You've used web-based content management systems and other tools
You love figuring stuff out without being asked to
A reliable teammate with excellent time management skills
Ability to handle tight deadlines and evolving requirements
Demonstrated experience managing time and shifting priorities
Familiarity with the MacOS and MacBooks
Familiar with Google Workspace a.k.a. GSuite (Sheets, docs, slides)
Prior experience with issue tracking or project management tools
