Responsibilities

Conduct mental health intakes and provide individual psychotherapy
Work closely with other faculty members of the program and our team of licensed clinical social workers to deliver psychotherapeutic treatments within an outpatient faculty practice model
Facilitate resilience training workshops
Conduct on-site resilience-building huddles
Assist with clinical research projects
Devote 23-26 hours per week to evidence-based individual care
Attend meetings and supervisions
Case management
Documentation
Liaising with primary care practices to support employee referrals

Qualification

New York State licenseEvidence-based treatmentsCognitive-behavioral therapyDBT trainingACT trainingMaternal mental healthHealth psychologyBilingual

Required

New York State licensed clinical psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
Aptitude in the delivery of evidence-based treatments for mood and anxiety disorders, including cognitive-behavioral therapy for depression, anxiety, and PTSD

Preferred

Bilingual
Training in DBT and/or ACT
Experience with maternal mental health
Background in health psychology
