Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of our orientation sessions for early career development programs, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new associates

Assist with training content, communications, track participation, and support logistics for Associate in-person and virtual learning programs

Support key Learning Management System (LMS) curriculum maintenance, including uploading/removal of content, managing catalog assignments, reporting and ensuring data accuracy

Collaborate on branding materials and outreach strategies to strengthen our presence at target universities and attract top early career talent

Contribute to the planning and execution of fall campus events, and assist in the creation of compelling recruitment collateral
