Education Management
Responsibilities
Develop and apply a deep understanding of Bold’s goals, vision, and values to build a culture of purpose and impact
Design and implement a model for operational excellence that drives progress toward organizational objectives and prepares the organization for successful growth
Lead and develop high-performing school operations teams to achieve ambitious results, ensuring high levels of collaboration, alignment, and support; design and lead professional learning cycles that accelerate team development and impact
Strategically manage priorities, communicating regularly and effectively with stakeholders, and demonstrating a high level of ownership and accountability
Develop strong relationships that meaningfully invest team members in collaborating to achieve shared, ambitious outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of operational leadership experience in a high-performing K-12 setting
3+ years of team leadership experience, coaching and leading teams to high levels of performance
Preferred
Graduate degree in a related field
