Responsibilities

Implement and configure the Employee Document Management application for Workday for global customers

Lead a workstream and build relationships with customers, shaping and delivering solutions aligned to their needs

Support customers throughout their deployment journey and provide guidance to junior team members

Assess customer needs, manage expectations, and provide excellent customer focus

Lead a functional workstream on a prime implementation throughout the full project lifecycle

Agree, set, and review team goals aligned to Kainos and Workday

Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members

Identify training to support team development and career progression

Review weekly workload forecasting and staff allocations

Actively participate in recruitment and interviews

Required

Strong understanding of Workday products either/or HCM as well as any specialist Capability

Experience in the Workday consultancy ecosystem and a relevant Workday certification

Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships and manage customer expectations. You will know when to push back, when to escalate, and when to go above and beyond to satisfy a customer

Strong communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact, credibility and empathy, including in a remote working situation

Strong commercial awareness and full understanding of project and business dynamics

Strong consulting skills e.g. presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating and explaining complex functionality or solutions to customers

Able to lead a functional workstream on a prime implementation throughout the full project lifecycle

Willing and able to act as a role model within the capability and mentor and/or line manage more junior consultants
