Sr. CPM Scheduler

Responsibilities
Schedule Development and Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive design and/or construction schedules for various projects using Primavera P6 software. These schedules will include all phases from design to completion
Contractor Schedule Review: Analyze and review contractor-provided schedules for feasibility, risk, conflicts, and delays. Provide feedback and recommendations for scheduling improvements
Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor project progress against the schedule. Identify any deviations and suggest corrective actions to keep projects on track
Collaboration with Project Teams: Coordinate with project team members, engineers, and contractors to ensure that schedules accurately reflect the scope of work and project timelines
Schedule Integration: Integrate multiple project schedules into a comprehensive program schedule to provide a holistic view of all ongoing projects
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed schedule reports, including critical path analysis, progress updates, and forecasts
Cost Estimates: Prepare cost estimates for ongoing engineering and construction projects at the direction of the Project Controls Director
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software is required
Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in transportation infrastructure or airport projects
Knowledge of cost estimating best practices
Knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and project management principles
Experience working on highways, bridge, and transit projects
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple project assignments
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Project
AACE International or PMI certifications (i.e. PSP, PMI-SP, PMP, etc.)
