Budget management, stakeholder communications, risk/status reporting, and ability to present to leadership are critical
Ability to flex between PM responsibilities and Scrum Master duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience running ceremonies
Health insurance or healthcare experience
US Citizens or Green Card holders (no H1B/visa)
Open to joining full-time (intent-to-convert), not only as long-term contractors
Work aligned with East Coast hours
Hybrid Project Manager / Scrum Master profile (approx. 70% PM / 30% Scrum Master)
End-to-end project management experience across multiple applications, not just limited to agile ceremonies
Budget management, stakeholder communications, risk/status reporting, and ability to present to leadership
Ability to flex between PM responsibilities and Scrum Master duties as needed
Strong background in large-scale transformation efforts (especially in network/technology and claims areas)
Experience with hybrid projects (traditional planning + agile methods)
Preferred
Exposure to CVS/Aetna environments
Healthcare/insurance experience
Claims domain knowledge or prior project management in claims
