Responsibilities
Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the insurance platform, ensuring alignment with business priorities, carrier requirements, and operational needs
Manage the full software development lifecycle for platform features and enhancements across underwriting, policy servicing, billing, renewals, endorsements, and claims
Collaborate with Insurance, Operations, Administrators, and Underwriting to define and refine requirements that improve platform usability, efficiency, and scalability
Partner with design and engineering teams to translate business and user needs into high-quality product capabilities, UI/UX, and workflows
Coordinate with carrier platform vendors (e.g., policy administration system) to implement and support product and platform changes, including configuration, testing, and rollout
Support integration of the carrier platform into the broader Corix and Hiscox ecosystem, ensuring data consistency, operational alignment, and a seamless user experience
Lead change management efforts with internal stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new features, including contributing to training materials, process updates, and go-to-market communications
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company
Strong track record of managing internal and external relationships and leading change management initiatives
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions
Strong project management skills with experience driving projects through completion
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across business, operations, and engineering teams
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholder demands simultaneously
Preferred
Familiarity with insurance and/or underwriting systems
