PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (FLEET MANAGEMENT) T32
The AZ 161st Air Refueling Wing is part of the National Guard and is seeking a Production Controller (Fleet Management) T32. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Vehicle Fleet Manager, ensuring the efficient utilization and maintenance of vehicles and equipment while managing maintenance production and conducting analysis.

Responsibilities
Serve as the Vehicle Fleet Manager for host and subordinate units; ensuring the efficient and effective utilization and maintenance of vehicles and equipment
Performs preliminary planning, long term scheduling, managing maintenance production, and conducting analysis
Analyzes and reviews reports and statistical data from subordinate functions and other sources for the purpose of evaluating overall maintenance program status or identifying exception, trend, or problems areas

ARIZONA AIR NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED. Prior to appointment into this position, selectee must be a current member of the Arizona Air National Guard, in a military position assigned to 161st
This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard, required prior to the effective date of placement
Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform
Acceptance of an excepted service position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment
Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership and employment in the National Guard in the military grade listed in this announcement
Males born after 31 December 1959 must be registered for Selective Service
Federal employment suitability as determined by a background investigation
May be required to successfully complete a trial period
Participation in direct deposit is mandatory
Incumbent must possess and maintain a current state driver's license
Irregular and/or overtime (compensatory) hours may be required to support operational requirements or contingencies or may be required to work hours outside of the normal duty day
Recruitment, Relocation, or Retention Incentive may be offered and is subject to availability of funds
Must possess at least 24 months experience, education or training scheduling workflow in more than one area and responsible for coordinating products or materials from support activities
Experience in performing or supervising journeyman level work in a production facility
Experience preparing job or work orders; scheduling various phases of projects into the production facility; following up to see if work is progressing as planned and arranging for adjustments in materials, machine processes, and work sequencing allowing for changes
Experience with current automation support programs to input data, provide status of equipment, and monitor job order status, monitor work priorities, requisition repair parts, track repair parts status, etc
You must provide transcripts or other documentation to support your Educational claims. To receive credit for Education, you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position
