Value Analysis Manager

The Value Analysis Manager serves as a key member of Supply Chain, responsible for driving evidence-based decision-making and enhancing patient outcomes through effective resource utilization.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and collaborate with all levels of Supply Chain, clinical and non-clinical teams, administration, department stakeholders, and vendors to drive evidence based decision-making, enhance patient outcomes, and ensure efficient resource utilization
Utilizing the value analysis process to identify opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and value enhancement
Conducting clinical efficacy research
Reviewing new and existing product and practice comparisons
Planning and implementing process improvements and product standardization with a goal to improve standard practices and processes for medical/surgical supplies, capital equipment, and technology
Qualification
Required
RN: Registered Nurse licensed
Bachelor's degree in nursing
5 years of clinical experience
Experience in budgeting, vendor relations, performance/process improvement, project management
Preferred
Master's degree
Clinical leadership experience
Previous experience using healthcare data to drive quality and efficiency
Previous experience participating on or conducting a product evaluation, value analysis, or process improvement committee
Certification: CVAHP
