We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Property Inspector to ensure our vacation rental homes meet our high-quality standards before and after guest stays.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough property inspections before guest arrivals and after departures
Check for cleanliness, damage, and maintenance issues, reporting any concerns promptly
Verify that all property amenities (appliances, electronics, pools, hot tubs, etc.) are in working order
Ensure home staging and presentation align with luxury standards
Document inspection findings with photos and detailed notes in the company’s system
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams to resolve any issues quickly
Assist in inventory checks for household supplies and linens
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests, vendors, and team members
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic knowledge of home maintenance and cleaning standards
Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools for reporting inspections
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, including holidays as needed
Preferred
Previous experience in property inspection, housekeeping, or vacation rental management
