Source off-market sites via cold calls, direct outreach, and broker/owner relationships
Maintain a tight follow-up cadence and clean CRM pipeline (calls, meetings, tours, next steps)
Drive trade areas; evaluate visibility, access, co-tenancy; deliver pre/post-tour reports
Analyze zoning, comps, demographics, and tenant fit; support underwriting
Draft and submit offers; track status; prepare memos, updates, and presentations
Represent the brand at industry events; expand relationships that create deal flow
Qualification
Required
Must be Midwest or Southeast based
Extensive travel required
