Responsibilities
Efficiently assemble components utilizing both hand and power tools
Operate manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency
Adhere to Process Work Instructions and manual production processes, ensuring parts fit and are assembled correctly, including but not limited to bolts, screws, shafts, and bearings
Achieve production standards for various tasks within the allotted time frame
Handle materials by lifting, positioning, and/or removing them from the work area as needed
Manage materials using a bridge crane for loading, stacking, and transportation purposes
Interpret schematics to accurately assemble machine components
Collaborate with fellow assemblers to construct the final product
Test and inspect components to ensure they meet our standards of uniformity and quality
Qualification
Required
Previous Manufacturing experience is required
Familiarity with standard power and hand tools
Mechanical Aptitude
Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required
