Responsibilities

Respond promptly to resident service requests, troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of maintenance issues

Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair work as needed

Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants, ensuring all units meet high turnover standards and are move-in ready

Conduct regular property inspections and complete preventative maintenance tasks for building systems and equipment

Maintain strong property appearance and curb appeal standards

Oversee and coordinate work from outside vendors when required

Participate in the on-call rotation, providing after-hours support as needed (especially for single-tech properties)

Adhere to company safety and operational procedures, maintaining a professional and dependable work ethic

Support broader property management goals by assisting with other operational duties as assigned
