Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule property showings for clients and agents
Assist in preparing homes for showings, ensuring properties are clean and presentable
Provide clients with detailed information about properties and neighborhoods
Accompany clients on property tours, answering questions and highlighting key features
Maintain accurate records of showings and client feedback
Communicate effectively with real estate agents, clients, and other team members
Support the team with administrative tasks related to property listings and client management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is a plus
Valid real estate license (or ability to obtain one) is required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and real estate software applications
Ability to navigate and provide accurate information about local neighborhoods and properties
Professional appearance and demeanor
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
Commitment to providing exceptional client service and support
Preferred
Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or sales preferred
Knowledge of the St. Louis real estate market is an advantage
