Responsibilities

Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of a hardware development function for electronic design, mechanical design and/or hardware reliability
Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of a software development function for software systems, applications and/or software quality assurance
Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of an integrated hardware/software systems design function
Ownership of FW resource allocation management for various projects
Managing internal priorities of projects
Define technical requirements of new projects

Required

Master in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with robotics / mechatronics background
Knowledge and familiarities with robotics and semiconductor wafer handling
Experience in managing 5+ person group
Candidate has to be willing to be people manager as primary role
